Personal Development notes about Entrepreneurial Goals
I am very interested in technologies, but don't want to develop a business solely based on technology because while it may be very lucrative, it moves very fast and would likely require too much overhead
through cost and risk, by trying to stay ahead. Also may potentially become a target for viral threats.
My goal would be to develop a concrete proven business model that is up to date and even ahead w/ technology willing to invest in technology that in turn can be looked to as profitable for the company.
I want to establish a business model that uses an established and well defined but continually developed and periodically reviewed/reformed formula for other locations with extended room for consideration of changes in environment and possible effects (negative and positive) that may result.
Basis of start-up business model
become completely entrenched and obsessed with research surrounding the endeavor/venture
-constant interviewing of those w/ start-up experience (noting success and failures;double noting successes)
-complete exhaustion of potential outcomes
-extensive listing of opportunities, geogriphical areas of growth, demographic considerations
-long term plan for growth
-areas for development,
